Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the arrival of your purchase based on our tracking services, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as it was received.

Non-returnable items:

Consumable products

Under Garments or like items

Products less than $25 of retail site price

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In cases where product is returned damaged and or not in the same condition as received, returns will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and checked for condition, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval and or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

All orders over $500 will be shipped with insurance in case there is any problems on us. In addition any returned items, you will be responsible for all shipping costs & liabilities  involved.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any item returned will only be accepted if shipped to NAHOA Supply Co.

If your order is late please bare with us as times are trying for all parties involved in times of pandemic and or shut downs. We will do our best to communicate any foreseeable delays or changes in arrival of expected delivery.
